We are a small, dedicated recruitment agency driven by our passion for matching talent with opportunities. With just the two of us at the helm, we offer a personal touch and a commitment to excellence. As immigrants ourselves, we know that talent and qualification alone is not enough to find the correct job, bridging the gap between opportunities and job seekers requires patience, networking and a dedicated team to make it happen.
Our mission is therefore quite simple: to make finding jobs straightforward and successful for job seekers, wherever they are, and making sure that we serve employers by finding the talent they need. We achieve this by fostering lasting relationships grounded in expertise, openness, and trust.Our journey began with the shared vision and diverse experiences of the founders. Together, we saw an opportunity to not only bridge the gap between global healthcare talent and high-demand markets but also to do so with a deep understanding of both community empowerment and the healthcare industry.
Our Story
Empowering Global Opportunities
Cleverson, with an MA in International Relations and over a decade of experience leading outreach programs across London, New York, and Tokyo, had a passion for helping individuals find meaningful employment. His work organizing English language courses and job readiness workshops for new immigrants in London gave him firsthand experience in supporting people from diverse backgrounds to succeed. The seed for our journey started during his time in the Philippines, when he met many highly skilled healthcare professionals there who were unable to access opportunities in high demand markets abroad like in the UK and Europe despite their qualifications.
He joined forces with Viji who brought her skills of collaboration, research and organisation to understand healthcare challenges and create solutions that benefit both healthcare workers and employers. Their mission was clear: to not only fill critical staffing gaps in hospitals, clinics, and care facilities but to also support healthcare workers throughout the entire relocation and integration process, ensuring they could thrive in their new environments.
